What you Must Know About Atrovent Nasal
Ipratropium nasal is used to treat runny nose caused by seasonal allergies (hay fever). Do not use other nasal sprays, nasal gels, or nasal inhalers while taking Atrovent nasal spray, unless approved by your doctor. Use this medication exactly as it was prescribed for you. Keep in mind that this medication will not treat stuffy nose, sneezing, or cough. Before using this medication, tell your doctor if you have narrow-angle glaucoma, or an enlarged prostate or bladder obstruction.Stop using Atrovent nasal spray and get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. Do not use Atrovent nasal spray in larger doses or for longer than recommended by your doctor. Avoid getting Atrovent nasal in your eyes. If this happens, rinse with plenty of water.
